I live out of town and when I call this place no one hardly answers. And when they do answer and you want to talk to one of the residents they always have an excuse. They keep their residents drugged. Probably to make it easier for them. When I am able to speak to my loved one, he can't even talk because he is so drugged up. I know for a fact from other people that's the place is not clean. They do not allow phones in the residents room. But what gets me is that they don't answer the phones. I wish that I lived closer. Why can't they have cell phones in their rooms? Why do they have to watch whatever everyone else is watching on TV. Can they not have a TV in their room? If you live out of town don't put them in this place.

Working in healthcare for the last 30 years, I entrusted these people to care for my loved one. Needless to say, that was a mistake. And now, not only were we over charged, we cant get anyone to answer us, call us back or respond. His medication that was left there, one bottle, is about $1000 a month. We were told it was THROWN AWAY. And the worker REFUSED to contact anyone due to our concerns.!

Staff were very helpful with getting my loved one place. A special "thank you" to Monica and Jennifer who went above and beyond my expectations. So far, everyone I met who works there seems very nice and they are caring and friendly with the residents there. Creekside is a clean facility as well. I would highly recommend it.

First I'm going to address the one star rating. My mom has been in this facility since January 10 and I have NEVER seen or heard of any staff member that is mean and abusive. The staff members will go and sit in my mom's room in times of need to calm her down and reassure her she is ok. I go everyday to visit my mom and other family members go and visit too and none of us have observed the negative behaviors you are complaining about. I have also NEVER seen feces on beds and beds without sheets. These women work very hard to make sure all residents are clean and their rooms are cleaned. I really have to wonder if you were at creekside on Bardstown because your complaints are out and out lies.

Dementia/memory care wing is a border line care. Missing sheets on beds, feces on mattresses, dirty floors, rude and abusive staff, no one addresses any concerns or complaints. I will not even leave my dog to be cared by this establishment.
