For the amount of money people will end up paying it has a ton of amenities to keep your loved ones busy and entertained! They got bingo, chapels services, group activities. Physical therapy is hard but they’re so compassionate about what they do. I feel very comfortable leaving my grandmother there. The food is terrible but that’s to be expected with any medical place. But the staff are very patient and care so much about every person there. I highly recommend to people looking for a rehab

My grandmother was taken here after a long scary time of being in the hospital and the occupational therapy team brought her back to who she was before. They have such a loving and wonderful team and i couldn’t be happier with their treatment and facility. Ivy from therapy was a very encouraging person for my grandmother and made her feel at home!!

My grandmother was sent to Nazareth for rehab and I can say without hesitation that this is the best nursing and rehab facility I have ever been to! They took fantastic care of my granny. It’s a fantastic staff. A special shoutout to the therapy department. They do phenomenal work and turned my granny around in no time! She’s back home and all is well! Ivy from therapy is one of a kind!!!!

I was a patient in the rehab center for 5 weeks following an extremely serious leg injury. Everyone was helpful, kind and provided excellent rehab care!! My PT & OT staff were wonderful to me & with their help, my recovery went smoothly. Today I have full range of motion and walk without any assistance. The dedicated team at Nazareth made my recovery a success and a pleasant experience. Thank you for your service & a fantastic experience in your facility. Connie Roemer

Team at Nazareth Highlands is outstanding. Staff is highly skilled, friendly and caring. The rehab OT and PT is the best I have seen in any facility. The facility is spotless and clean. Lots of activities to do if you have time. Communication between staff is excellent. Can’t say enough good things about this place. My 89 year old mom in currently in the rehab center and the job the Nazareth team has done has been remarkable. Thanks to all the employees.
