Where do I begin.... Ok so almost 2 months ago now a aide was in my room and knocked my phone off the table and broke my screen really bad. They told me they was going to get it fixed or pay for it. So I got them the information they requested to get it fixed. So they ended telling me they was waiting on a check from the corporate office which I should've gotten a month ago. Well I'm finally back home been home for 3 weeks now and still nothing. I have called repeatedly the administrator Alan Wade has lied to me been lying to me since before I left the facility. When I called him he hangs up on me. I have his number that I have text he tells me I will call you right back and he never has. I think this is absolutely crazy to be lied to like this. So today I finally got a call back from the office manager and she says it should be there by tomorrow or the next day mind you they have been telling me this same thing for 2 months now so if I don't get the check the pay for my phone that their employee broke in calling my uncle which is a lawyer and showing him all the proof of then saying they were going to pay for it and all the phone calls with these people that I have recorded it's really crazy I have to go through this to get my phone fixed.

I would like to thank the staff at Regency for the care they showed my mother-in-law. Even though she was there for a short time, the staff was incredibly caring from the moment she arrived. They were always professional, and attentive to her daily needs. The nursing staff was compassionate, attentive, and always made sure she was comfortable and safe. They were always available and willing to answer my questions. The facility was clean and welcoming, which gave our family great peace of mind. We are very grateful for the care and love she received. Marcela Hibdon

When Mom had to go to a nursing home this was the only facility I was able to find an opening close by and I'm glad she went here! The staff provides excellent care, they're all friendly and compassionate, and they have fun activities for the residents to participate in. Everyone greets me with a smile and a friendly word. I'm glad Mom is here and if I ever have to be admitted to a nursing home, I would love to go here.

Regency center has been one of my go to facilities for my clients. They always take the calls, treat the residents with care and are always available to help. I have had the pleasure of Annie in admissions helping and going above and beyond to get my families in the door. Thanks for all you guys do! Autumn S

I was disappointed with the Admissions experience at this facility. The Admissions lady (Anna maybe) member’s dress code was unprofessional, and they seemed to lack fundamental knowledge about long-term care options. It left me concerned about the level of care and professionalism here.
