Creekside has a warm environment that is clean and comfortable. The residents are a very social group and love going to Activities. There are many excellent members of the Nursing team who have years of experience with Senior care including specialized training in Dementia. Many of their residents receive hemodialysis and wound management. The staff is used to managing complex disease conditions. Unlike many other campuses, Creekside has an Endocrinology group to manage Glycemic control and Thyroid issues. The Dining Team closely follows the diets. Food quality is good even on the strict diets. I find the Management team to be very friendly and helpful. I would feel comfortable admitting my own Father under their watch.

Dropped in to do a performance with the great folks here, I found a dynamic and engaged staff, well kept and clean hallways, and plenty of parking in this lovely new facility. Of course you cannot win with these places, will always be something someone saying wasn't done right, someone didn't feel heart, this is the tragic reality of old care. It is the final stages and no one should be happy about the grave sadness or be too casual about medical standards.

This place is a joke my client is their on respite due to his daughter being on vacation the level of care isn’t even a ONE .I watched her a nurse give insulin to him while he was eating never used the glucose meter to check his sugar level same socks no bath in 3 days not feeding him correctly definitely state reportable and I’m MANDATED to do just that treat these elderly ppl as if it were your family already called the Ombudsman placing powder on my client that belongs to someone else I see the owner gave a response no sir or ma’am I will not contact the facility nor any additional administrative staff the point my client was neglected due to him being non verbal I went through the proper chain of commands with the permission of his daughter I’ve contacted the state and will do the news as well maybe this will prompt others to come forth your staff needs evaluation my client is now in the hospital someone has to give answer's and some need the license taken ELDERLY PEOPLE MATTER
