We are touring places to move my father in law from FL to NC. He's already in a Brookdale facility in FL and so it seemed like a transfer would be pretty seamless and easy. I called and scheduled a tour for Saturday at 10 am. I arrive and there's not a single staff person around. There is a front desk but there was a sign that said to see staff upstairs. Went upstairs and couldn't find anyone. It was literally a ghost town. What really got me is that anyone can wander around the place unsupervised. The doors are unlocked and anyone can walk right in and do whatever they want. I tried to call several numbers but either the mailbox was full or I just got transferred to the main corporate number. What if there was an emergency? So no thanks. We'll go elsewhere. I have absolutely zero confidence in their ability to take care of my father-in-law and keep him safe.

I toured a number of facilities in the area when looking for a place for my mother and you won’t find a better group of carrying individuals then the folks here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this propel to anybody or place a loved one here.

Ever since my grandmother moved in she had been more like herself. She now has new friends and is even being more independent and involved in activities. She loves her new facility. Thank you Brookdale team for giving her a new lease on life.

I went to Brookdale with my dad as we are looking for my uncle. It seemed nice there. I wish my uncle would move closer and if he does I think he would choose Brookdale. Ashley toured us and she was nice even answering my questions and concerns. The staff I got to meet were friendly. Residents were doing an exercise program and seemed to be happy.
