We had a wonderful meeting with Chad. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and even entertaining. He answered many of our questions and addressed our concerns thoughtfully. He also took the time to give us a tour of the facility and introduce us to some of the staff. We’re not quite at that stage in the process yet, but this was a valuable experience for potential guests and their families—it can truly be an eye-opener.

This experience has been challenging for me as it was unexpected. After surgery from a broken back Solista was a welcoming place. The much needed therapy was onsite. The apartments are spacious and my view is nice. Lucky to have housekeepers so I don’t have to worry about cleaning or trash. Three meals a day are provided in the dining room with multiple options. The activities are varied and much fun with social interaction. These are usually the highlight of the day.

I have been at Solista (previously Holiday) for over two years. I came from Florida to be closer to family. I hadn’t thought of Senior Living, but am I glad I considered it. This is the retirement living one thinks about during all those working years. I can come and go as I please, go the Dining Room for a choice of four different meals three times a day. I loved to cook and bake and never thought I’d give that up although I do have a full kitchen. Yep, they even clean our apartments! Then we have an Activities Director who keeps us mentally and physically engaged. Maintenance folks who responds to any issues in our apartment. What more could we want?”

We are so pleased we chose Solista Charlotte for my mom. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many fun activities and the community is welcoming. So appreciate that they have transportation as my mom can no longer drive. They offer many opportunities to go to lunch, grocery shopping and other outings. Highly recommend!

My mother moved in after Christmas and she loves it. Best Christmas present ! You will be greeted with a warm smile from assistant manager Sonja or Asa😀. Makes you feel at home. The lobby is clean and welcoming. You will find residents chatting daily with their friends. The dinning room is warm and you can enjoy dinning with your friends. You will enjoy signing your lease with friendly Chad. He is so helpful! If you need a repair no worries Ken will fix in a jiffy with a smile. Julie the Sr manager is always smiling and often found hugging one of the residents. The Activities will keep you entertained! They offer Bingo, movies, bridge and crafts. They hosts parties full of fun. We had Easter Bonnett decorating, patio party, Super Bowl Party, and a Sock hop to list a few. This month is a Luau! Can’t say enough about Carmel place ! Love it!
