A professional and courteous staff, from the receptionist to the director. The nursing and resident assistant staff are well trained and take excellent care of the residents. It's a very home-like environment. All in all, Sunrise has provided excellent care for my father at a very reasonable cost.

Majority of staff was not pleasant to be around. They acted like they didn’t want to be there. If my grandmother asked what medication they were giving her they wouldn’t tell her. Either they didn’t know or didn’t care. They were giving her very strong muscle relaxers without her asking for it - which made her extremely sleepy and just not with it. My grandmother is very capable of asking for medication if needed. When we tried to talk to the nursing staff we were told they didn’t have time to talk to us. Laundry was not consistently done and cleaning wasn’t great. The food was not great either and extremely small portions. One night she was served 1/4 of a waffle and one strip of bacon. Honestly the list goes on. We’ve moved my grandmother and within one day at the new facility it is a world of difference.
