Short-term rehabilitation at Betz is designed for individuals recovering from stroke, cardiovascular conditions, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating conditions. The program includes physical, occupational, and speech/language therapies, with support from doctors, nurses, therapists, and social workers. A distinctive Road to Recovery program allows the interdisciplinary team, patient, and family to meet within 72 hours of admission to establish discharge goals and map out rehabilitation objectives. Services encompass wound care, fall prevention, mobility training, strength-building wellness programs, and aerobic conditioning.

The memory care program is structured around a person-centered, wellness-based model for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of memory loss. It focuses on maintaining a secure environment where residents have a sense of belonging and meaning, incorporating a Meaningful Day activity program built on four domains of wellness and stimulating daily activities to sustain independence.

Long-term care is available for those who require assistance with daily tasks and can no longer remain at home. Licensed nurses, specially-trained health care aides, and an interdisciplinary care team provide care under physician guidance, including social services, activities, and physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The facility accepts private pay and Medicaid for qualified applicants.

Respite care services allow family caregivers to take breaks from their responsibilities on a short-term basis, with the option to extend care if needed. Hospice and palliative care services, provided in partnership with local hospice companies, include skilled nursing care, pain management, spiritual and bereavement counseling, medical equipment and supplies, and social services. Outpatient therapy services are available using clinically-proven strategies and the latest technologies, coordinated with physicians and designed to increase mobility and reduce pain.

I would not recommend this place at all. They never have enough help. They left my husband a couple of times far too long in his wheelchair. They changed pricing too. My husband ended up passing away there, he was there for physical therapy.

I was about to place my mother here until my daughter brought to my attention a couple of screenshots of an employee bullying one of her friends on social media using foul language and threatening to fight her after many times being told to stop. If I was you make sure you do your research of the staff that works there. I hope the facility is aware of it and if they choose to keep them employed please be aware of the business consequences.

I was here for rehab, following surgery, after an automobile accident. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with the therapists. I would not hesitate to recommend Betz to anyone in need.
