At Saber, we believe an enriched life keeps minds and bodies active. To promote this environment, we’ve created special communities that provide personal care to our senior residents.

These personal care communities offer the ideal living solutions to promote independence yet also provide needed assistance to engage in daily activities.

Each resident receives a custom living plan designed by one of our trained team members, who are available 24-hours-a-day.

The goal is always the same: to provide personal care for seniors while preserving each resident's dignity and also encouraging their independence and freedom to choose what interests and engages them.

Our living areas are designed to invite our residents to enjoy activities of their choice and allow them to participate in such activities as gardening, music and other purposeful interactions. Regularly scheduled outings include dining out, shopping and community events.

Residents in our Personal Care Home communities may also participate in Saber’s Progressive Approach to Home (PATH) program, which is specially designed to return them home quickly and safely. The goal is to provide both the quality of care to ensure a safe return home and the tools and support to remain there. Our PATH program also reduces unnecessary readmissions to the hospital and improves the individual’s overall well-being.
