Memory Care Apartments

Memory Care Neighborhoods are the perfect environment for residents experiencing the early and middle stages of the Alzheimer’s and dementia journey in a residential setting.

Each neighborhood customizes the care and program based on the resident’s individual strengths and needs. The uniquely structured program gives the opportunity to maximize and sustain each resident’s independence.
