Care is provided under the guidance of an attending physician by licensed nurses, trained health care aides, and an interdisciplinary team, including social services, activities, and therapy services aimed at helping residents maintain the highest possible level of independence. The community describes its settings as home-like, cheerful, and secure. Both private pay and Medicaid are accepted, with Medicaid specialists available to assist families through the application process.

Respite Care offers short-term stays for seniors, giving home caregivers a break to travel, recover from illness, start new employment, or pursue other needs. Stays can be extended if additional care is required, with staff assessing each guest's needs to ensure comfortable, appropriate care.

Hospice and palliative care services focus on comfort, pain relief, and quality of life for those facing terminal illness. Through partnerships with local hospice companies, the community provides skilled nursing care, respite care, spiritual and bereavement counseling, medical equipment and supplies, social services, and pharmacy services, supported by an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, aides, volunteers, social workers, and clergy.
