They claim they have transportation services, which worked great when my family member first moved there. You had to give a 24 hour notice. Now it's a week notice. Now, even if you let Arbor Glen schedule appointments with a week or two notice, they cant always get them there. The positive is, as long as you can get a doctor to sign a waiver you can easily get your family on CitiLink. CitiLink does a great job. It's not free, but at $6 a round trip, that's not a bad deal. Found Arbor Glen's transportation services as unreliable.<br><br>Appointments have been missed because the elevator went down. Once for an entire week and then went back down a week later.

Been in assisted living here for 8 months. Staff is caring and accessible. Meds on time unlike last facility I was in.<br>Free transportation is available<br>Meals are okay with alternate choice if you don't like entree

I wouldn’t suggest arbor Glen for a place to live. They never have enough food for the residents. My father inlaw lived there and he had to buy food at the grocery store a lot and cook in his microwave to be able to eat due to not being enough. They charge an astronomical amount for rent considering the lack of care they give. His apartment was always filthy. Since he didn’t give a 30 day notice to move out they sent in to the disability office which canceled his disability and now has to reapply. Pretty low of them to do so out of spite.
