We are starting the research process to find a long-term care community for our mom. We have taken The Town House off of our list. We were treated more like a nuisance than guests. I’m sure they have a long enough waiting list to keep the place full of residents. However, I was in sales for 35 years. I would never treat a guest as we were treated. It’s a shame that one experience can make such a huge decision so easily for a family. I was ashamed for the residents who live there (a few that I know). I’m hopeful the level of care they receive is not what we experienced today.

We moved to The Towne House in December and it's been the best decision we have ever made. At my recent medical appointment, my doctor said you look the best you have looked in a long time. She agreed that the move to The Towne House was the right decision.

I am going on five years as a resident and have a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I have made many new friends since living here and the employees are always eager to help. The Towne House is family.
