Disappointing is an understatement. Before you put your loved one here, please visit Heritage Pointe.

My mom was here and we are so thankful we moved her. She sat on the toilet for 75 minutes waiting for an aid to answer her call light to help her back to bed. Her legs were numb and she couldn’t walk when they got to her. She was so terrified to use the restroom that she wanted to starve herself to die faster so she didn’t have to sit in her own waste for hours.

We paid over $10k per month and couldn’t even get timely help going to the bathroom. Switching to Heritage Pointe, the staff responded within 5 minutes and after a few weeks she was able to relax and not be terrified to use the restroom.

Saint Anne’s routinely ran out of her seizure medicine which stressed my mom out trying to keep track of it herself when she should be cared for and able to relax. My sister and I had to micro manage the staff to prevent my mom from having a seizure from missed medicine. There were at least three instances where St. Anne’s ran out of her medicine during a four month period.

There is a whole in the ceiling at the entrance from a water leak back in February, 2026 that is still there to this day.

The heating is on a boiler system so you can’t adjust your room temperature.

If you love your family member, you’ll be thankful you checked out Heritage Pointe before committing to this place.

Staff is unfailingly helpful and kind as well as efficient and professional. Facility is very clean: nice restrooms are much appreciated. In many, many years of visiting my mother and then my sister, I have never been offended by any situation. The Chapel had a very nice update in the past decade or so. The rest of the facility is well-kept, (if a bit unimaginative.) Most important though, my sister is 100% in the Courtyard apartments, and really considers SAH to be her cherished home and family, and daily Mass is her joy.
