Latest update........ now that we have our mother in law out of there. DO NOT take your loved one here! We tried almost three months to get her out of this place, FINALLY getting her out when she was in the ER, thank God!!! The new owners are worse than the old ones!<br><br>UPDATE......... three days ago, we received a call from my mother in laws heart dr, they wanted to know why her pacemaker programmer was not working and had not in months. Come to find out, it had never been plugged back in from when they moved her room here! THEN........ we get a call today asking if we can help transport her to her bank, mind you that my mother in law has an amputated leg and is overweight and cannot pivot yet due to lack of therapy. My husband told her don't you think if we could transport her that she would be leaving more. She then said well we just want to reach out and see if you could help assist us. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I am NOT HAPPY with this place right now............<br><br>I need to come back on here and say that the therapy hall was amazing but once my family member moved to another hall it has not been as good. The staff have been great BUT this place is dangerously understaffed meaning people are being forgotten about. This is not good guys. We need to pay more to keep the good people or a pool to where we can get people if someone calls off. This place has so much potential to be better but that has to come from the upper management paying better!<br>Why is it that our elderly don't deserve the care they need. Let's do better, pay better, to keep the good ones! One of these days it will be the higher ends loved ones....... let's think about that.

All of the nurses and aides, the front lobby are all wonderful people, they are very helpful compassionate and very knowledgeable. The food was great Sandi loved the food. Thank you all for taking care of my wife. Chris

The facility is extremely clean. The activities they offer are resident centered and I like how residents are able to go on outings. The nurse on 100 is great and extremely attentive.
