My father sat in his own feces for hours crying for help before we had to move him out of this facility. Absolutely embarrassed we had to leave him in a place like this for more than 15 minutes. Also was lied to about the situation from several employees concerning both policy and procedure. If I could give negative stars here I most certainly would. If you have any love for a family member, do NOT put them in this facility.

Facilities are beautiful. Food was good. Staff was caring. They didn’t get five stars because they neglected to give me the antibiotic my surgeon prescribed and I provided, causing an infection to develop.

My Father is currently in Ashton Creek. The staff have been wonderful to him. They have been helpful and responsive to my family with questions and concerns as well. Derick is leading well and the rehab and CNAs are very kind.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Ashton Creek. The best residents and staff. Wonderful activity department and Therepy Department. Many of the staff have been here for many years, some since it opened. That should speak for itself.
