Amanda Murray is a very caring person. She helps me with all kinds of things. She comes even when she's not scheduled to be here if I need something.She likes what she does and it shows . People also can tell she is very attentive to me and genuinely cares.

We had a temporary need for a caregiver. In take person was prompt, kind, and provided answers and no pressure. Upon decision to proceed to use Home Helpers, the local care experience supervisor met my brother and mother to assess needs and interest to inform her on who to seek out to provide care. We got a perfect match. Caregiver Cindy (got permission to user her first name) was exceptional, exceeding expectations. In addition to being dependable, on time, and skilled, she cared about the person she was caring for and would engage in conversations. I often heard my brother laughing. She is greatly missed and we appreciated the great professionalism of the agency.

I would highly recommend the services with Home Helpers to any family looking for help with their parents. Chris was amazing from the very first conversation and listened to my concerns that we had experienced with our original home care agency. She connected me with Joyce who oversees the in home care and Joyce was also amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure that my mom received the care that we needed. I was then handed off to the care team in Fort Wayne and Natasha was incredibly sensitive our situation and was extremely attentive to our family! Jennifer was my mom's care giver and she was an answer to prayer!! She did activities with my mom, was a friend (which with Alzheimer's I didn't even know to ask for that), was reliable, and was extremely loving, thoughtful and conscientious about the work she was doing with my mom. Joyce also called every couple of weeks to check in and see how the care was going and if we had any concerns. She always takes the time to listen and ask questions to better understand. We had another agency that took care of my mom that was extremely disappointing and I didn't even know that this level of care was an option. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home Helpers to anyone needing care for their parents. They actually care about the person and the family! I wish we would have found them sooner, but I am so grateful that we did find them and they have renewed my faith that there an agency that cares and will do a good job in caring for your parents!! If a friend asked me who to use, I would say don't look anywhere else, contact Home Helpers!
