I have nothing but good things to say about AV. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful, it's like a second family. I truly feel at home here.

If u love ur love ones, I don’t recommend this place for u. I have experienced myself that they r careless and being biased. The staff was not taking proper care of her and neglected her. My mom was only there for a couple weeks and she got infected and was in a life threatening condition so we got her out right away. The places r so dirty and nasty so ofc there would be so many germs around everywhere. She was now admitted to the hospital and was in ICU. If I could give no star, I would. All lives matter!

While it looks good, its a facade. After multiple issues and complaints. Nothing good happened. They Left my mother to lay in the same position for almost a month. A pressure wound was not taken care of properly and it grew to the size of a baseball and is so deep it was 2 cm from her back bone. She was dehydrated, in severe pain would call me screaming in pain for help. I Would call the facility and after 4 rings the call was ended. Twice the doors would not open to let me in. ONCE AT 7PM AND THE OTHER AT 2PM.
Everything i asked about or was concerned about was ignored. I got these answers almost every time... I'm new here, I don't know but ill find out and get back to you ( never did)
They gave her food she could not eat (no teeth) or gave her meat products when they knew she was vegan. Her last day covered by insurance they finally decided to give me a meeting for a care plan.
3 hrs later she went to the hospital with 3 different infections. SHE DIED 1 WEEK LATER FROM HER INJURIES IN THERE !!!!!!!!!!
I wouldnt send anyone or thing there. They say nice words but their level of care is certainly not skilled. They only want the money they dont care. About the residents well being.
This place needs to be investigated.
The mgt is a joke.
THEY KILLED MY MOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!
