My dad has been at this facility and been treated like he was family! The staff has cared, loved him and grieve for him. He was at facility that truly cared for each patient and it shows! It’s clean, pleasant, and not drab! The staff talks, cares, loves all patients! Thank you again for loving my dad like we do!

this may have the worst aides of any facility i have lived in in the state of texas that includesestparkin eulesssstxand ella smithers in huntsville, texas they are rude laxy and have zero respect for residents that fail to kiss their backsides the administrstor the D.O. N. Social worker and actlvities and other mgmt types are awesome there are amazing caring nurses here that have great charscter and personslities the transportstion cpecialist is a wonderful man that does anything he can to help the residents i deeply bless AMY the administrator Remmy the D. o. N. For assisting me with the issues westpark would not help me with my power wheelchair

I had the wonderful pleasure to work with Katie Luna today. Katie curated assistance for a patient and thoughtfully made all the arrangements to ensure the appointment went smoothly. Throughout the process, she was compassionate, understanding, and incredibly professional. It was clear that she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to support them. Katie is kind, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing someone they can trust with a loved one needing skilled nursing/rehab services.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility for a loved one. After admission, my friend was isolated from visitors, and advocates were denied access without any court order or written authority provided. Her son’s valid Medical Power of Attorney was disregarded, and decisions were made based on an internal competency assessment rather than a judicial finding. On December 31, a visitor found her sitting in a visibly soiled diaper with a strong odor present. During a video call, she clearly recognized loved ones, expressed emotional distress, and said she wanted to come home, stating she believed she had been abandoned. She has since reported developing a urinary tract infection and difficulty using the bathroom, raising serious concerns about basic care and hygiene. The lack of transparency, inconsistent enforcement of visitation, and concerns about neglect were deeply troubling. I would urge families to ask very direct questions and closely monitor care before entrusting a loved one to this facility.
