I have been so impressed with the Key. First they found us caregivers quickly when we had to move our parents from Florida to Texas. Even after they arrived late at night our caregiver and Vicky the client success manager Were waiting for us and helped Settle my mother in. Vicky has stopped by often to check in. Chloe th e staffing manager has looked for just the right women to look after my parents. When my folks moved into assisted living Vicky helped with the transition making sure they were settled and the assisted living knew their routine. The caregivers are continuing eight hours a day with my mom. Vicky made sure to stop by with flowers and fruit and help her settle in. They have been amazing.

My father has been a client with The Key since July 2020. We have had such a helpful team of ladies, but mostly the last two years it has been consistent as my dad has had the same caregivers coming in morning and evening, 7 days a week. They help in many ways mainly with bathing, exercise, breakfast prep and light housekeeping. Cecilia and Sheena have been with us the longest and they lead with kindness, sincerity and a true focus how to be helping hands. Upon exiting my parents home it warms my heart to hear them ask is there anything else I can do before I go. Also whenever we need to change his schedule or need immediate assistance, I can reach out to Vicky, who is my dad's client manager. She too is an exception member of The Key staff ... helpful, caring, and a great listener always looking for ways to assist and/or improve the client experience.

Home Care Assistance of Fort Worth was recommended to me by A Place For Mom. At the time my parents had moved in with my husband an myself, and we were quite overwhelmed with the level of care that they required. We realized quickly that we needed help. I first spoke with Will Frederick, he was very caring and professional. We had an aid come in 3 days a week to assist with bathing, meals and light cleaning. We were fortunate to have Shauana for the majority of the time and she was awesome with my parents. Everyone that I dealt with was really caring and sensitive to our needs.

Home Care Assistance of Fort Worth has been a fantastic support for my elderly relative. The care givers are, first of all, very kind and compassionate, which is so important if you need to hire help for someone older. They are dependable and flexible as well. We have had very positive experiences with Stephanie and Rolisha, and our relative always looking forward to their visits! Will Frederick, the owner, has been supportive and pleasant from our very first conversation, as he spent a great deal of time and patience explaining how their services work. I did not experience this with other home care services I interviewed. Will and the caregivers are always professional, kind and supportive in every way possible.
