I'm not one to complain about anything. I usually can take the good with the bad. Right now I have no choice. The staff do what they can. The place do have an odor of urine. Yougot to remember that these are adults they are taking care of. My thing is how often do they give the patients full body wash down. They check the bottoms and not the rest of the body. So far the nurses have been great with the medical care. I think the all over care is lacking a lot. Everyone is very nice to us over all, even some of the patients speak when you walk by them. That's so nice 👍.

This place should be shut down. No working ac for the three weeks my brother was there. Floors were always nasty, the smell was awful, put my brother in room with even changing the sheets from the previous resident.

Horrible! This place smells of urine everywhere. Filthy!<br>I can prove to anyone that has a good review that this place stinks. I am wondering how much this facility paid someone to leave a good review. The staff is lazy and does the bare minimal to care for our loved ones. I have proof that my mom has in urine for hours, the walls are exposed, things are stolen from our loved ones and the food is unidentifiable. I have pictures to prove that feces were in the sink for days until brought to attention. I would not kennel my dog here. It is heartbreaking.

I would not advise taking your loved one here. My mother was here a number of years ago, under another name, after she had a debilitating stroke. It was a nightmare. She was dropped twice. All of her jewelry was stolen out of her purse. I personally witnessed verbal and emotional abuse by one of the workers towards another resident in the facility. I reported it to management and the person continued to be on staff. I was completely worn out after having to deal with this incompetent and uncompassionate nursing home.
