If you are seeking an independent or assisted living situation for someone you care about, you should talk to Jonathan Terlaje at the Willows in Medway. Jonathan is friendly and personable, knowledgeable and professional. He had answers to questions we didn't even know we needed to ask. Highly recommend.

My parents moved in to Salmon Willows Whitney Place Medway in December. After my mom had some serious health issues this Fall returning home wasn't an option. From the moment we walked in we knew this was a special place. Jonathan gave us a tour of the facility and helped calm my dad's nerves (which the family was unable to do). During the tour Jonathan knew the name of every resident we passed and never made us feel like we were putting him out or pressured us to make a decision allowing us ample time to discuss as a family. By the end of the tour the decision was made and they were able to move in less than a week later. Unfortunately, my mom had to return to the hospital on their first night. Everyone my dad ran into the next few days asked how he was doing and reassured him that my mom would be back soon. This impressed me so much considering they had been there less than 24 hours and I knew for sure we chose the right place. My mom returned by the end of the week and after three months separated, they were together again in time for Christmas! Additionally, Nurse Kelly on floor two has been amazing for them to work with providing an expert level of care, respect, and love to my parents. She has also kept me informed from afar with any health concerns or updates about my parents.

The Willows did a wonderful job caring for Tricia who was diagnosed with Early Onset Frontal Temporal Dementia in her late fifties. She arrived at the Willows in September of 2021 and the staff was always kind and helpful, caring for her daily and contacting us when she was struggling. They were are partners in her care as she slowly declined. It was a long and difficult road but she was in safe hands. The compassion of the staff is to be commended. She passed away in July of 2025. Our family recently moved our mother into the Medway location and couldn’t be more grateful to the entire staff for a seamless transition. The sales staff were supportive and happy to answer any questions we had. We were in awe of how organized the move into our mother's new living quarters was..actually arranging the packing of her old place and unpacking into her Willow home. We were greeted by all staff as if we’ve known them forever. We are thrilled to have our family join the Willow family and find peace knowing our mother is with such a caring group of people.
