Sunrise of Wayland is an excellent facility. We placed our loved one there knowing she would get the 24/7 care she required. She was in the memory care unit with a very caring and supportive staff.<br>Kiana, the supervisor of the memory care, and the other staff members became part of our family. Kiana would always keep in touch with us on any concerns or just to say hello we’re having a good day!<br>We enjoyed all the family gatherings and got to meet many of the other families.<br>I would highly recommend Sunrise of Wayland if you are looking for a home away from home for your loved one!

It’s heartbreaking to place a loved one in memory care. Do not hesitate to explore and place your loved one in this facility. The caregivers are as professional and caring as the office/executive staff. I’m repeating this review that I left a few months ago. My opinion has not changed.

My mother has been living at Sunrise of Wayland for two years now. She feels comfortable and safe. The facility itself is a great fit. It’s a relatively small and feels more personal. My mother finds the layout easy to navigate. She found my aunt’s large assisted living confusing and overwhelming. The building itself is set back from the noisy road and well landscaped with a paved walkway around the building with benches to rest. I’m there at least four days a week at different times and there’s always staff members present. They are always engaging and friendly.<br>I am happy with the care she receives. Lukas at the nursing station takes time to update me on any issues or new observations. When I needed to go away with my husband’s family the Care Coordinator, Lisa went above and beyond to keep me updated and made sure I could enjoy the time away without worry. Heather the executive director is always available and easy to talk to as well. Overall I feel the staff has made my mother feel comfortable there and she can get the personal attention she needs.

Sunrise Wayland is a wonderful senior living community. The staff are caring and work hard to ensure their residents have meaningful and purposeful days. The grounds are beautiful and the building is cozy and welcoming. A great place to reside for seniors who want to be engaged and happy.
