A nightmare experience for my mother who left in an ambulance dehydrated and malnourished never to return. Very few skilled staff on site, bullying caregivers. And despite what Beaumont says, they were not cleared of wrongdoing, only that evidence was inconclusive. Don't believe what you see on the tour. It's a totally different story once your loved one is admitted. Wish I could give zero stars. And the organisation is very good at covering its tracks.

Our Mom was in the Assisted Living Memory Care Unit at Whitney Place in Natick this year. She felt safe and cared for and we are grateful for the personal care from all of her aids. She was especially close to Myrna and Moses. Myrna's response to Mom's expressions of regret concerning her inability to do tasks that fell to her aids to help her with was "Please, don't be sorry. It is my job and I'm proud of my job! Let me help you!" Moses is faithful and cheerful and continues to drop in from time to time to see Mom now that she has moved to Skilled Nursing care on another floor. We send best wishes and gratitude to the entire Thayer staff for all they did to help mom this year! Mom is now in the skilled Nursing Care Unit and has bonded with her care givers, Edith, Frank and Alex who are upbeat and attentive. Our whole family is grateful that she is in such good hands. Wishing you all happy holidays and a wonderful new year.
