My parents spent 3 years in Assisted Living at Whitney Place and loved the Activities. They received excellent Nursing care and formed close friendships with residents and staff. They now require additional nursing services so the decision to remain with Salmon Healthcare was easy. Both parents made the transfer to Long Term Care and Staff did everything possible to ensure that they remain together in the same room. They now reside in the Beaumont LTC building which is on the same Westborough campus. Transition is hard especially at 89 and 90 years old. The Executive Directors, Nursing, Residential, and Recreational Staff have been absolutely amazing at assisting in the transition. This is the reason why we choose Salmon Heathcare 3 years ago. The campus offers an outstanding Continuum of Care. My parents still see familiar faces and are on the same campus. They are well cared for and are enjoying the Activities. Staff respond quickly and with kindness. Our family is beyond grateful!

For the past 20 years, I’ve experienced the Salmon family’s commitment and the care at Beaumont facilities to be consistently impressive. Healthcare has become increasingly complex, but Beaumont’s dedication to residents and to the people who care for them continues to stand out. I’ve seen Beaumont from several perspectives - as a geriatric nurse practitioner providing care, as a mother who trusted the onsite childcare, and now as a family member of a current resident and local hospital leader. Across each role, my experience has been consistently positive. The nurses, therapists, aides, housekeeping, facilities teams, and leadership approach to their work with compassion and dedication. Thank you to the entire Beaumont team for your ongoing commitment!

I was visiting my sister and she rang for help to go to the bathroom. An hour later no one had come, so she got up and walked to the toilet herself. She didn't want help from her visitors. She has a history of falls. I left an hour later and still no help had come. Also, they came with her lunch tray, which included dessert. Needless to say, she ate the dessert and nothing else. The same happened with her roommate. Then their trays were removed. How about bringing the dessert when they come to pick up the lunch or dinner tray? Also, instead of juice, how about WATER! She does not like apple juice!

Beaumont in Westboro gets a rave review from me! my dad was a patient there while recovering from a serious bone infection. The entire staff was great with him and with our family. He received exceptional care from Claudia, who oversaw his physical therapy. she was diligent and patient in helping him to just sit up to eat his meals, and worked with him each day to help him regain strength She is so upbeat and has a wonderful way with her patients. Ann, the nurse in charge was awesome! She was very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. Unfortunately my Dad developed an untreatable bone infection and passed away during his stay there. The administrator, Baily arranged for Hospice to take over my Dads care. the Hospice nurse, Trish couldn’t have been any kinder to us all. baily was available at all times to speak to me during my Dads stay, if I had any questions. I know I am omitting many of the care professionals, but I cannot remember all of their names but I was very impressed by the level of care that my Dad received.
