Once again, I would like to say how much I appreciate the work and dedication the team at Home Instead does for their clients. From the schedulers to the care-pros, they were wonderful. Everyone wants the best for their loved one and I feel like Home Instead found us the right fit for our father. The care-pro's had the intuition of what kind of care my father needed and provided it with compassion and dignity. That is so important. 5 stars for the staff and care-pro's at Home Instead. We had a wonderful man named Joel come to care for our father. He was so attentive to my fathers needs, and made sure he understood what needed to be done in caring for my father. We wanted him to encourage conversation and Joel brought up topics that my father could relate to. He had him get old pictures out of a drawer and had a great time telling Joel all about his time in the Navy. I can't say enough great things about Joel. We also had a very easy time getting the caregivers scheduled. The office staff was polite caring and willing to meet our needs as a family. I would recomend Home Instead to others.

I am writing to give a nice review on my Wednesday caregiver Denise. We really enjoy her care. She is very kind, helpful and hardworking. She is very attentive to my wife. She likes to keep herself busy too. We highly recommend her to anyone. I would also like to recognize my long time care giver Karen as well. She has been with us for many years and has been an outstanding employee. She knows all the ropes and we greatly appreciate her continuing excellent care for my wife. Very pleased with Home Instead.

I'd like to nominate Denise for recognition for Home Instead Accomplishments. She is very dedicated, punctual and professional in how she conducts her duties as a personal care assistant. She anticipates my needs of eating, bathing and dressing. She can always be counted on for suggestions based on her experience. She takes me shopping and makes sure I am safe and stable. When she leaves I look forward to the next day she can come see me.

We had two women from Home Instead to assist in caring for my wife with memory problems. Both Wendy and Aysia were excellent. They were trustworthy, kind, caring, and always prompt. They were trusted family members. Our contact person Brenda assisted us with any questions or changes through this whole process. I would highly recommend this wonderful service.

I can't say enough about Home Instead. My 89 year old grandmother had a recent hospital stay for low sodium and infection. When she returned home, she was weak and unable to care for herself. After a couple of days, my mother and I were so overwhelmed we needed help! The visiting nurses recommended we call Home Instead. I'm so glad we did. Within days we had the help we needed in a professional team of Care Pros who helped my grandmother every morning get ready and situated for the day. After only two weeks, she was back on her feet and back in action. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Home Instead again if my grandmother needs that level of care. Highly recommended.
