My family and I had a very difficult experience with a previous memory care facility in Burnsville, and we were anxious to move our dad as quickly as possible. Our goal was to have him closer to his family in Eden Prairie, so we toured at least half a dozen places. When we found Suite Living, we knew immediately it was the right choice. The difference was truly night and day.<br><br>The entire facility is spotless and always smells fresh. It feels warm and homey, and the kitchen and dining areas are consistently clean and beautifully maintained. Because I live right around the corner, I stop in every day—sometimes twice a day, on my way to and from work or while running errands. I’ve been there early in the morning, at lunchtime, during dinner, and at bedtime. No matter the time or shift, the team is outstanding. My dad is so well cared for. His bed is always made, and his room is always clean. Honestly, this place runs more smoothly than many top-rated hotels or hospitals.<br><br>My 91-year-old mother visits my dad nearly every day as well, and the staff is wonderfully kind to her too. They bring her coffee and snacks, and they even let her enjoy dinner with my dad whenever she wants.<br><br>The housing director and nurse were amazing during the initial appointments, answering every question and making the move-in process so smooth. They always greet me when I stop in, and they consistently know exactly how my dad is doing. You can tell they genuinely care. The same is true for every single member of the team—I don’t know how they manage to have such an exceptional staff across the board.<br><br>This is not an easy journey to go through with aging parents, and our family has learned a lot about assisted living, nursing homes, and memory care. I can’t express enough how blessed we feel to have found Suite Living. It has truly been a life-changing experience for us.

Very bad experience with my grandma. Countless times where my loved one was left on the toilet with an active call light on. Staff is incompetent and should not be taking care of the elderly. If you care for your parents or grandparents, I would advise you not bringing them here.
