We’ve had a truly positive experience placing our mom here. From the very beginning through move-in day, everything was handled with care, compassion, and professionalism. The community is smaller, which has been a huge benefit- it feels personal, not overwhelming, and the staff really take the time to get to know each resident.<br><br>The team has been amazing- kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. It’s such a relief knowing our mom is in a place where she’s cared for by people who truly seem to love what they do. We’ve also heard great things about the food, which has made the transition even easier for her.<br><br>Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It’s given our family real peace of mind, and we’re grateful for the support and care they’ve provided every step of the way.

Very nice rooms but horrible place to stay! No one wants to work and take care of the patients that are there! Nothing but problems! The caretakers are rude and the maintenance guy is even worse.

I love this place so much! They take awesome care of my nana and they do so many activities with them! I never have to hesitate to give them a call with a question, or concern. They’re always more than happy to update me on Nana’s day if she hasn’t been texting me. Larry the cook is AMAZING! He makes special accommodations for individuals, and he knows off the top of his head what they want. He has no problem at all changing something for an individual, or setting up trays for those who eat in their room. All of the staff here goes above and beyond to take care of the residents. It makes me comfortable knowing they are taking care of all residents and they hug them, joke with them, and will sit with them if they’re having a hard time. This means so much to me and my family. Thank you so much Burnsville Team!💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤
