I have nothing but good things to say about Suite Living. From my initial tours, I felt like the genuinely cared about the quality of services and attention to detail. It’s clean, cheery, well kept, the employees are kind, patient, and encouraging to the residents and visitors. My mom has improved in overall health and has become less of a “room-hermit” since moving here. She is engaged with the activities, and since the facility is small, it truly does feel homey and like a little community. We are so happy and grateful for the opportunity to have her cared for in this special place. Other agencies that come and visit my mom are also noticing an improvement in her overall health since making the move less than a year ago. I know she’s in good hands when I leave. Well done, Suite Living, I can’t thank you all enough.

My name is Chuck Hines and my mother ( Barb Hines) has been a resident of the Rosemount Suite Living for over two years. Started in assisted living and for the last year and a few months has been in the memory care side. Back in June my mother fell and broke her Pelvic Ramus I two spots and she is 91 years old. Did not hit her head or broke a hip but this fall really sent her backwards physically and mentally for the past month. Not fun to see or deal with but we are managing through.<br><br>The reason for this email is to say how fantastic the staff has been to us and of course our mother. I would especially like to let you know how much we have appreciated and appreciate Cassie Braun the RN at this Suite Living. She has been wonderful to my mother and my two sisters every day. She has been in communication with us on what is transpiring on a daily basis with our mom. Just outstanding in every way......Cassie has been there helping manage prescriptions, helping my mother use the bathroom , putting up with anger outbursts and a slew of other issues.<br>She has shown compassion, knowledge, understanding, commitment, kindness and overall genuine concern and care as we navigate through this. She has been there for us and my mother and we are truly grateful to her and the entire staff. They do not have an easy job day in and day out. I have a total new respect for what Cassie does every day for my mother and all the residents.<br><br>I think it's important to let you know how my sisters and I feel about Cassie. Please let her know how we feel and it would be neat if you could recognize her in some way. Thank you

The Suite Living staff in Rosemount are all fantastic. They show compassion, kindness , and dignity to all residents. The facility is always clean, neat and organized. The activities staff does a great job in offering many different types activities for the entire group of residents and gets all residents involved at all times. Thank you to all the staff from the housing director, the resident head RN and the entire staff. Keep up the great compassionate work you all do.<br>Chuck H.
