We have worked with BrightStar Care for several years. Cola is one of the primary caregivers for my sister who has cognitive/ memory issues. We are extremely pleased with Cola. She quickly learned my sister's needs and routinely takes her to medical appointments, helps to schedule follow-up appts. and assists in keeping my sister's apartment clean and uncluttered. Cola also ensures my sister picks up her mail and pays her bills as well as any other tasks that need to be done. It is very reassuring knowing that Cola is looking out for my sister since we live in a different state and cannot personally see what my sister requires.

BrightStar Care provides service to veterans like myself thru a VA contract at the Minneapolis VA hospital for veterans who are 100% VA rated disabled. Have used BrightStar twice. First time was for a wound care situation. This second time is perpetual for life as they do I.N.R.s on me monthly. Their people are top notch and caring they even advised me to cancel a contract with a wishy-washy deck company that tried to take advantage of this elderly disabled veteran. Erin is my nurse currently and I have a cordial relationship with she makes me and my wife feel comfortable and confident in that I am receiving the best care possible. They even send holiday and birthday cards to clients which brings a tear to my eye. Would seriously recommend this company to anyone that needs a caring and professional company. They make me feel appreciated and like a human being. Not like other companies that see $$$ instead of people.

Burnsville Brightstar has been nothing short of amazing! We have been thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness to our ever-changing needs, the care provided, and their flexibility regarding shift lengths.
