Witnessed a sweet lady fall in the hall today. Stayed with her and pushed her emergency button and the main desk emergency button. Waited 25 minutes with her and finally called 911. Very disappointing that no one was there to help. She would’ve laid there all afternoon without assistance. These people pay ridiculous money to have the care they need where the hell was that help?

If you’re looking for a senior facility for yourself, or a loved one, look no more. This facility is in a safe and quiet area. The staff is compassionate, well trained and honestly love what they do. It is always clean. Menu is good and wide variety of options. The activities they plan can be enjoyed by all. There’s never a dull moment. My mom always felt safe and well cared for. I could never put a price tag on that. The staff here are some of the best people on the planet.

In May of 2020, we were able to get my mom, who needed a more supportive living environment, into assisted living care at Timber Hills in Inver Grove Heights. It was one of the best moves that our family has ever made. There are so many regularly scheduled activities that she is able to participate in – bingo, movies, concerts, and many other special events – that it keeps you schedule filled throughout the week. They also have a well-equipped, senior-designed exercise / workout room that Mom takes advantage of daily. They have on-site hair salon that Mom takes advantage of regularly. She looks forward to sharing three good meals each day with friends who are also residents at TH. We are also thankful for the spiritual focus of Timber Hills. Mom can participate every Sunday in on-site worship (she likes the minister because he is always “enthusiastic”) in addition to weekly “Heart-to-Heart” prayer group meetings and special Bible studies throughout the week. The care team there is exceptional – they truly do care. Our family gives “thanks” daily for the entire team as Timber Hills.

My mother-in-law and her husband have lived at Timber Hills for many years…first in a townhome, then in an independent living apartment, and now in an assisted living apartment.<br>They very much enjoy interacting with the many friends they have made through the years, as well as the cheerful, compassionate, and skilled assistance they receive. In addition, we are impressed by the timely and always relevant communication from the staff.<br>Thank you!

Our mother lived at Timber Hills from the time the facility was opened. First in the townhomes, then in an apartment and finally in assisted living. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. The staff are caring and kind, the facilities are clean and very nice. Really would be hard pressed to think of a complaint!
