Bernie and I have enjoyed living here for the past 5 years. We like the outings which include lunch and the fellowship with others. We enjoy the many Internal activities (Donuts the first Friday of the month, Resident meetings, having a workshop down in the garage, movies and much more). We have a great Director, Jessica, who is very helpful in every way. The Maintenance Dept. does a good job. This is our home now - we love it and have made wonderful friends.

I've lived at Summerhouse of Bloomington for four years and love being a resident. I recommend it to anyone looking for independent senior living. Along with being a well maintained and conveniently located building, Summerhouse is a friendly and welcoming community, where one feels immediately at home. Jessica, our Housing Director, provides outstanding assistance. Summerhouse is the perfect solution for those who choose to stay independent and active without having to deal with maintenance issues and other major tasks that come with home ownership. My mom moved here after my sweet dad passed away and she absolutely LOVES living here!<br>It is a loving community and Jessica, the director, is wonderful!!<br>I recommend Summerhouse to anyone that is moving out of their homes and are able to live independently!!!
