We can’t say enough about Jenn and her care for our father. She was exceptional in his care. She showed him compassion, patience and understanding. She really helped our family transition with our father’s care. She is family to us. She is truly a wonderful person.

About a year ago my elderly father's care became too much for my mom and us "kids" had to find a solution. I was in charge of finding a caregiver for my dear father. I searched extensively and interviewed 7 companies and we agreed BrightStar was the right fit for us. Over a year later, we are still 100% sure they are right fit. Their caregivers and team, specifically Jen (who has become like family), Olga, Alyssa and the BrightStar team (specifically Ashlyn) treat my dad and my mom with dignity and respect. They give us all certainty that my dad has the best care. We are exceptionally grateful for them, helping my dad in his final stretch.

Five stars, everything about the company has been fantastic! Abby our RN came and did a thorough plan of care for my husband who has ALS. We also have been extremely happy with our caregivers Jane, and Jenn! Very caring and dependable. Jane specifically has become a very good friend and asset to our household. I feel at ease leaving my husband in good care for a few hours each week. Excellent communication-Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about BrightStar Care. Know that I have been a professional in the business of aging for over 25 years. Now it’s my turn to be on the other side. I have a gait and fatigue issue.<br><br>BrightStar Came into my life when I needed them the most. They got right on it and gave me an evaluation within days. I need home care and have been provided the supportive services I need and beyond.<br><br>The office is professional and efficient. Within days I had an evaluation. Shortly thereafter, I had the pleasure of meeting a few CNA‘s in my home. All professional, and there when I need them.<br><br>Natalee is my weekly CNA and she is outstanding. She’s professional and intuitive - as were backups Olga, Rosae and Megan.
