I moved into Oxboro Heights at the end of July 2024. I was pretty much one of the first few tenants to live here. On the day that I visited, I met with LaToya. Latoya was very nice and truly amazing with showing me all around the property. I love that we have a workout room, along with free weights and cardio machines. I’m disabled and deal with lower back pain, so I really wanted somewhat of a handicap type unit. I’m happy and appreciate the apartment unit that LaToya showed me, because it had a seat built into the shower wall. I decided to take the apartment. Latoya was very influential in my decision to move here. She’s so nice and sweet. My experience and dealings with the rest of the staff here has been nothing short of amazing. They’re an amazing staff!

I moved in three days ago. My apartment has a very large kitchen and bathroom. I was told that I would have storage and could have a garage spot. Today I was told there are no spots available. So far, I really like the building, especially the full sized washer and dryer.

The woman showing us around seem to have an attitude. She didn’t show us half of the amenities and getting information was like pulling teeth.<br>There was a young man who seemed much more agreeable but he was dealing with other people.

I would highly recommend this Oxboro Hights 55+ location to anyone. The staff here is VERY FRIENDLY, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. They try their hardest to accommodate you with your New Home. The units are new and never have been lived in. It’s a MUST, MUST Home to apply for and to make this , your Home.

I have resided here for four months and so far I love it.It is so peaceful and quiet and the office personnel is super helpful
