As a neighbor, I'm not having the best experience with this group. I used to be able to enjoy my time outside but now most of the time I'm outside it either reeks of pot or cigarette smoke from the tenants here. At all hours of the night too (had to shut my window at 2am because of the pot smoke). Recently, we've been having issues with a cat in our yard and my husband saw it go up onto the back patio today and one of the tenants was talking to it like it was hers. If that's the case, it's illegal, as Bloomington has strict laws against outside cats (not to mention the displacement aggression that this cat has caused in our home - at all hours of the night). If there wasn't such a hardcore smoke smell wafting into my yard non-stop I wouldn't have issue but as I have asthma and other disabilities influenced by smoke it makes being in my own yard unbearable now. Please consider your neighbors when moving a business into residential.
