I have lived here for almost five years. Such a blessing! I m convenient to groceries, restaurants, beautiful Bryant Park and so much more! The best things a discovered when I moved in were the very friendly residents and the wonderful variety of activities and participation opportunities.

I have lived here for three years, and I love it! The people are so friendly and helpful, and there are many activities to participate in. This is a great place to live in retirement, and the location is close to groceries, gas stations, restaurants and shopping. It’s also beautifully landscaped.

I really like living here. The location makes it very easy to get anywhere in the TC. AND I CAN WALK TO THE GROCERY STORE! I can walk home from my auto mechanic, I can get my tires rotated across the street, and I have 4 restaurants I frequent within 8 minutes walk. I really like the fact that I have underground parking and don't have to shovel snow! My apartment is actually quite noise-proofed, the building has friendly people and I like owning my own place. All that and I believe my investment in ownership will be a good financial decision, too. AND I love feeling so GOOD about leaving my home behind when I travel abroad!

No gutter-cleaning, no snow shoveling, no lawn care! AND underground heated garage! True maintenance-free living! All on top of a community of friendly, active, caring people. And you should see my garden of flowers & herbs, just a few steps away from my patio.

Soon I will have lived here 3 years. It’s one of the choices I have made that has given me a beautiful space in which to live with the greatest neighbors. I never thought at my age, I would make such great new friends. I can walk to groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, the dentist, and the local gas station had a great car wash. Coop living gives me a chance to be involved and I serve on a committee and do some other community tasks. I don’t believe you can make this decision too soon. Come see us now!!
