My sister was in memory care in 2018. She went in voluntarily. This was not where she should have been<br>she wanted to be in assisted living. The manager<br>said no problem she could make that move.<br>After that the manager and marketing person would not return phone calls from me or my sister. My sister gave the two months written notice to move out and the manager denied it was received even though he tried to convince her to stay the same day the notice was received there.<br>This place is so unethical.

Because of Mainstreet, my dad enjoyed an active and independent lifestyle after living alone in his home. After each visit, I left knowing he was in a safe place surrounded by friendly residents and compassionate staff. I will always have fond memories of Mainstreet. It was the perfect place for my dad to transition to senior living.

Everyone I have dealt with has been more than helpful, cheerful and capable. Sarah was willing to work with me regarding my long-distance move and made it possible to move to Mainstreet Village with no problems. Chris from Maintenance came within 24 hours and got my bathroom customized. Janet at the front desk has been super helpful with my packages. I am very happy to be here.
