Simply love it here, best decision we've made in a long time. Our large pond with fountain, fish, waterfalls, and walks are all beautiful. The facility is gorgeous. It's full of activities, lovely homes, superior maintenance, and friendly neighbors. It's a wonderful community.

We moved into our unit here in October, 2019 and it was the best decision we ever made. I intend to stay here as long as i can manage. It is a caring community of "friends".

I have attended COOP conferences and have been active with other members of coops. I am on the board currently and have knowledge of the finacial status of AP@S. In all my dealings, I am aware that we are one of the most stable and up to date units in this business. That and the fact that I think we have great members and programs makes me very happy we chose this place. We were very impressed when we tours the first time but have learned so much more. I don't know what took us so long to get here. Don't miss our old home.

I have lived here for one year, and it was a great decision. The building and grounds are beautifully maintained, the residents are welcoming and friendly, and there are always activities to choose from. Plus, it is such a convenient location.

We've been happy and active residents for almost two years...moving from our home in South Minneapolis when we did was a great decision. We are getting to know our new neighbors and share fun times. And we still enjoy an active outside life with our family and other friends and traveling. Our grandchildren are welcomed when they come after school and get candy treats too! APS in Bloomington really makes use feel at home!
