The staff here is amazing! I think Jackie at the front desk and Chantelle at the care center and Charlie in maintenance, and more.<br><br>They’re all wonderful and caring people to help so much as my dad goes through some hurdles.<br><br>Thank you!!!!

During stay at home orders, Norris Square staff have arranged zoom visits for my Dad. This allowed him to visit by video with all his 6 children, and 3 of his siblings and some nieces and nephews from California to New York. Anna, these were very special and important visits . Thank you!

Our family has been extremely pleased with the care Norris Square provided to my Grandmother. The staff was professional and caring. My Grandmother was very happy there. We especially appreciated the compassion of her care team in her final days.
