Very nice little Assisted Living community! We love how small it is, its always easy to find someone to help and impossible to get lost.

Suite living is poorly run and managed facility. My family member was there for over a year. With a few exceptions, the staff was largely disparaging, disrespectful, and unresponsive to the needs of my loved one. In my opinion, the facility should have their license removed for ongoing health violations. The management, and specifically Chennea should find another field as their levels of compassion and empathy are not suitable for this one. Edit: I am not a former employee, nor did I review an incorrect facility. Response from business stating I am Former staff & reviewed incorrect business further illustrates gaslighting used with residents and family. Please be aware & STAY CLEAR.

The caregivers at Suite Living Roseville were outstanding and very dedicated. My mother in law lived there for about three months. We were very pleased with the care provided. They not only made a difference in her life but our families as well.

The environment is toxic amongst employees. Employees are also extremely lazy, often times hiding around the building so they don’t have to care for your loved ones. No one showed up to work (morning shift) on 10/22/2022 except me. Supervisor had to leave home to help me wake, dress, transport, feed etc. twenty something people. Despite this, supervisor thinks it’s appropriate to keep yelling at me in front of others while nurse began to experience sudden hearing loss when I would ask her questions. Loved ones are not repositioned as often as they should , sometimes 4+ hrs would go by. They have a rule that states that an employee will attend to resident within 5 minutes of them calling. I can bet your loved one will be waiting 30 minutes or more while staff is sitting around looking at their phone. Not a disgruntled employee. Genuinely care about people, so I’m using this review to let you know what’s up before you sign up. Only good thing about this place is appearance. I hope you see this Ms. Chennea and actually listen to me this time.

I looked in the area for the best solution for my dad for senior care. After many tours, I finally found a small High care focused community that meets my father’s care needs. Audrey & her nursing team eased the process for our family. He has lived at Suite Living for four months and is thriving! It truly feels like home for him and us when we visit. I would highly recommend.
