"My experience with this facility regarding the care of my grandmother has been deeply disappointing and concerning. Despite explicitly requesting to be notified of any medical emergencies, our family is repeatedly left out of the loop and not alerted when critical situations arise. When we do manage to speak with staff, communication is severely lacking—different team members are rarely on the same page, and staff members often come across as rude, condescending, and completely lacking in basic warmth or professional bedside manner. Furthermore, when family dynamics or disagreements arise, staff inappropriately step in to take sides rather than maintaining a professional, neutral, and unbiased stance. In response to your post. I assure you its the right place. I dont think you want me putting my Grandmother's name on here?
