I had extensive spinal surgery and after over a week in the hospital, I came to The Meadows. They placed me in a very roomy and comfortable apartment setting. The staff greeted me and gave me a great welcoming overview and approximate time that I would be there. Everyone was so helpful the entire time I was there. I can’t even describe the level at which they cared for me. Thank God for people and such a great place like The Meadows.

This was my first experience with Meadows on Fairview. This Transitional Care Facility is wonderfully maintained. The receptionist was very welcoming and gave me a tour as she walked me to my husbands room. The nurses and patient attendees were friendly and cooperative and answered the call light quickly. This is a 5 star location.

Visiting a friend in transition care at Meadows on Fairview. Lovely grounds & large windows. Check in was convenient for visitors & extremely friendly staff. All staff who stopped in during my visit were caring, energetic and intelligent in their specialty. Especially enjoying staff at main entrance when arrived. So helpful!
