My 87 yr old dad is bedridden and on two ocassions was transported to the hospitol for bladder and kidney iinfection as the do not change his catheter as needed and required. 1st time he called the ambulance as they would not believe the pain he was having. The 2nd time they realize they better call the ambulance to cover thier tails. I have been there several times at dinner and lunch the food was always cold and awful. They act like they care but they dont

They treated my sister with respect in transitional care after hospitalization for a fracture leg and a broken arm due to a fall. The staff are caring and kind.

If you have a parent in this place and they have speech problems DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. They allow male workers to bathe/ change diapers with the door closed so be aware of this when you think of this place. I had to file for a investigation to be done. (Update) Because the state refused to do their job I had to put an Alexa and a recording camera in my moms room. There has now been one man that was finally removed from the facility after weeks of him telling my mom how much he did not like me. He then said he could "KILL" someone without anyone ever knowing and this is the worker the state felt for a year and 2 reports from me wasn't a threat or was not mishandling my mom behind closed doors. My mom screamed everytime he put his hand anywhere near her bottom/private area and again the state would not talk to my mom or look at the camera but talked to other residents as if they could see through a closed door. PLS PLS BE CAREFUL WITH PUTTING YOUR PARENTS IN A PLACE LIKE THIS. There are so many falls at night and residents families are not told. There was a resident that kept falling and the family didn't know until she bruised up her whole face and they finally moved her to the other side of the building where there are more then one person worker at night. These are residents whose families don't come around to check on them. Recently a woman fell and two days later she died and her family still was not told she had fallen and I wish i could find them. There are now 3 women who said they will not help/work with my mom because they're not comfortable with the camera and Alexa in the room.
