My mother has been a resident there since December 3,2025. The care she receives is wonderful! The staff are all about the residents and their families. I live in Florida, yet I have the peace in my heart knowing my mom is in a safe place and being well taken care of. I love that they keep my mom active instead of her just watching TV. She plays Bimgo three times a week, attends the music concerts they offer, and enjoys crafts. The other day I was so excited to see a picture of mom and her painted angel because she went on a field trip to a pottery store. This brought tears to my eyes mainly because she got to ride in the van we talked about during one of my visits.<br><br>Thank you for taking care of my mom❤️

This place is a lie. They do not treat the patients and people living here at all. It took days for the facility to realize my grandma was taken to the hospital. When my grandma died they immediately started pushing for another month on the lease a day after my grandma passed because we didn’t give them 30 days notice… also before she passed they said if she were to fall again or too hard to manage and take care of she’d be kicked out of this facility. This place is only here for the money and bed side manner is lacking. They also have patients sign important documents when they are not mentally capable at times. Just watch after your loved ones, this place doesn’t care like they should…

My parents moved into Edencrest (now StoryPoint) at Timberline in November 2025. Their experience has been outstanding. The entire staff are so friendly, caring and supportive. They really make you feel welcome and part of the community that they have here. When my father needed hospice care after being diagnosed with cancer, the medical team went above and beyond to help out and worked hand in hand with hospice to make the transition so smooth. We are so grateful for Geoff Counasse’s leadership as the executive director - he certainly leads by example to show his sincere care for those living in this facility.

Concerns about staffing levels and turn over. Lack of consistency among staff creates a break down in services.
