Home Instead has been wonderful to work with. Dawson is always available any day of the week whenever I have questions or needs, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. The team is responsive, reliable, and truly cares. I highly recommend them!

Home Instead Care Pros took care of our family member for over two years. Have only positive things to say! We no longer had to worry about her not eating as the Care Pros made meals. Some of the breakfasts were fantastic! Home Instead also managed all medications, giving as appropriate, interfacing with the doctor and picking up prescriptions. This was a huge help to the family. Additionally, the Care Pros were so good at providing companionship and ensuring our family member maintained social relationships. Overall, Home Instead gave us peace of mind and took wonderful care of our family member.

Jamie has been our helper since the beginning anticipating our needs sometimes before we new what was needed she's always on time and assists us with bathing shopping and physical therapy we're very happy with Home Instead okay.

We have had Home Instead in our home for 2.5 years in West Des Moines, Ia. A number of our care givers have become family. After one parent passed away, care was shifted to the other parent seemlessly. We are down to the last handful of days in need of their services and saying goodbye to each individual.
