Home Care Assistance has been a great company to work for! I’ve been with the company for three years now. The team is supportive, management genuinely cares about employees, and the work environment is positive and collaborative. The in home care that my Dad received was exceptional. The staff was very pleasant and my Dad really enjoyed them. Special thanks to Seth, Maneesh, Megan and Pablo. They became part of his family. The administration of the service was excellent. Never missing a shift despite some challenging weather at times. Will miss our Dad, but we know he was well taken care of.

Well run and upbeat vibe in their operations. Current Home Health Aide and CNA is the best Aide I have ever had. Most prior Aides were Good, Very Good, with a few excellent. Scheduler is quick to get substitute when needed. Have had some at home health aid Through VA and maybe Aetna for about eight years. High score with me.

I am a caregiver at this organization. So far working for this company has been wonderful! They really care about their clients and also their employees. If I ever need extra training on anything they are very attentive and arrange for me to get the extra training that I need and they do it in a timely manner. Anytime I have questions there's always someone there that is able to answer them for me. I have also met some really awesome people working here! I have felt welcomed ever since my first day of training! I am grateful that I was giving the opportunity to work for this company!

Writing as a caregiver: HCA is such a delightful company to work for! I've been a caregiver for 8 years, 4 as a CNA, and my own personal family before that. Beyond providing wonderful care to their clients, I have felt more listened to and understood as a caregiver than any other facility I've worked for. Kendra is so responsive, and is a great listener with ANY issues I have, wether it's day to day client care, or ongoing improvements to their quality of life. With the support I receive as a direct worker both in the field and behind the scenes, as well as the thoughtfulness they take to personalize every clients' experience to best fit their needs, I would 100% trust them to care for my own loved ones.
