Sage Independence is an independent living community in Des Moines, Iowa, located in the Grand & Ingersoll area with 35 units designed as a tight-knit community with a strong connection to the city.

The community includes nightly dinners with friends, housekeeping service, shuttle service, and social and wellness events as part of its offerings. Rental pricing includes dinner each evening, all utilities, internet and cable, as well as housekeeping and shuttle transportation services.

Sage Independence offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans, including a 1 Bedroom with Den, 1.5 Bath option and a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath option. The community is newly renovated with updated kitchens and living spaces.

The community is part of the 3801 Grand Campus, which also includes 3801 Grand Assisted Living, allowing residents flexibility to transition to different levels of care as needs change. Unlike many independent living communities, Sage Independence charges no entrance fees or community fees and provides flexibility in lease terms.
