Wesley on Grand, previously known as Wesley Acres, is a senior living community in Des Moines, Iowa, located south of Grand Avenue in the heart of the city. The campus has undergone a significant renovation, featuring elegant homes, a serene pond and fountain, walking paths, and a half-mile of walking trails and sidewalks through a parklike green space with more than 90 trees. The community is within walking distance of restaurants and minutes from grocery stores, banking, shopping, and entertainment.

The community offers a full continuum of care with priority access for residents, along with Adult Day services that provide daily programming, personal assistance, and meals for individuals who need support while caregivers are away. Care is described as clinically excellent and holistic, focusing on mind, body, and spirit, and the community welcomes older adults from outside its own residences into all levels of living.
