If your parents has no needs, this is an ok place. If they need any assistance, do not bring them here. No one assists but rather lightly watches. In memory care they only watch TV and there are no activities. Food is so so with no variety and is usually served cold. Administration is incompetent and nursing staff are clueless with how to care for people. Very poor communication. Very unsafe environment and non caring staff. I do NOT recommend this facility.

We moved my mom into Meadowview of Clive in February, and the experience has truly been wonderful for our family.<br><br>What stood out immediately was how welcoming and kind everyone was, both the staff and the residents. There’s such a warm community feel, and it made a big difference in helping my mom feel comfortable and connected during the transition.<br><br>One thing we especially appreciate is the flexibility of care. My mom initially needed Assisted Living support while recovering from a wrist injury, and having PT/OT therapy available onsite was incredibly convenient and helpful during her recovery. As she healed and became more independent, the transition to Independent Living was seamless. She didn’t have to physically move to a new apartment or start over in a different part of the building, which removed so much stress and disruption.<br><br>The food has also been a pleasant surprise. There’s a great variety of meals and options available, and it genuinely feels like they work hard to make dining enjoyable rather than institutional.<br><br>There are always activities, social opportunities, and things going on for residents to participate in, which really helps create an active and engaging environment.<br><br>Overall, we’ve been so grateful for the care, kindness, flexibility, and sense of community at Meadowview. It has given our family a lot of peace of mind, and most importantly, my mom is happy there.

While it’s only been several days on site, the staff leading up to move in day was very helpful and accommodating. So far it’s been a positive experience, with staffing that really seems to care!

This community truly sets the standard for compassionate, quality care. The facility is always spotless, warm, and welcoming, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about every resident. The activities offered are engaging and thoughtfully planned, making each day enjoyable and meaningful for residents.<br>A special shout-out to the director, Idonis, whose hands-on leadership and genuine concern for both residents and staff is obvious in everything he does. His involvement makes a real difference in the atmosphere and level of care here. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with respect, kindness, and dignity, I wholeheartedly recommend this community.

Facility is gorgeous. The sense of community you get from the residents just radiants from them. Faculty is wonderful and pleasant. Anyone looking for a loving and caring place for their love one, this is definitely the place.
