Sorriso at Grace Commons

Sorriso at Grace Commons is an independent living community for mature adults in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. It consists of 54 duplex and fourplex homes arranged around a central resident clubhouse on the Grace Commons campus, designed for those ready to downsize while maintaining complete independence.

The community offers two home types: villas and casetas, both with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa homes feature private entryways, front porches, two-car garages, full kitchens, living rooms with fireplaces, dining rooms, sunrooms or dens, mud rooms, and washer-dryer units. Casetta homes include private entryways, garages, patios, full kitchens, and living and dining areas, with the unique addition of shared common living spaces within each four-plex building to encourage resident socialization.

The resident clubhouse at Sorriso provides a fitness center, game room, golf simulator, pickleball court, and a large great room with kitchen suitable for entertaining and socializing. The community sits on natural wetlands with outdoor courtyards offering views of native grasslands and rolling hills.

Sorriso is part of the larger Grace Commons campus, which also offers Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments. Sorriso residents receive priority admission to the healthcare areas of Grace Commons should their needs change. Housing is available on a flexible month-to-month rental basis with no long-term contracts or large endowment fees required.
